Meet Jennifer – The Heart Behind Gypsea Bleu & Brew
I’ve always been drawn to places that make people feel a little less alone.
Long before Gypsea Bleu & Brew became the home of the I’ll Be Seeing You podcast (established in 2023 on Spotify, and coming back in the Fall of 2026), I was collecting moments, stories, songs, cities, and memories that stayed with me long after I’d left them behind.
I’m a Brooklyn girl who somehow found herself living in five different states. A wild child, free spirit from the beginning. From my hometown of Brooklyn, New York, to the desert landscapes of Arizona, now residing near the shoreline of South Florida, and everything in between, I have collected and have carried a lifelong love for old New York, café culture, jazz, folk music, books, and the quiet beauty of human connection along the way.
For years, my work centered around listening: to people’s stories, their struggles, their reinventions, and the spaces in between who they were and who they were becoming. Over time, I realized what moved me most wasn’t simply wellness itself, but the atmosphere of belonging, that feeling of being truly seen, heard, and understood.
That spirit eventually became I’ll Be Seeing You:
a late-night coastal literary radio experience woven from memory, music, bookstores, twilight conversations, desert wind, ocean air, old cafés, and the places that shape us.
Through the podcast, the Café Journal, playlists, and reflections shared here at Gypsea Bleu & Brew my hope is to create a space that feels thoughtful, nostalgic, warm, and deeply human.
So whether you arrived here because of a love for old cities, vinyl records, shoreline sunsets, or simply the search for a softer way of living…
welcome.
